Forms is a standalone intake-form tool for collecting responses — surveys, applications, requests, and sign-ups. It lives alongside e-signing but works differently: a form gathers answers, not signatures, and there is no way to turn a form response into an envelope.
Publishing a public form (one anyone with the link can respond to) requires the paid public forms entitlement. If your plan does not include it, you will see an upgrade tag on the Forms list. Private, single-use links are still available.
