How do I share a form?

Share by public link, private single-use links, embed code, or QR code.

Once your form is ready, the Share tab gives you several ways to get it in front of respondents.

A single link anyone can open and submit.

  1. Open the Share tab.
  2. Find the Public link. If the form is published, the link is Live; if it is still a draft, the link is Created and goes live when you publish.
  3. Use Copy to copy it, or Open link to preview it.
  4. Share it directly via Email or Text.

You can also Rotate the public link (which replaces it with a new one) or Revoke it (to switch the public link off).

The public link depends on the paid public forms entitlement. Without it, the public link will not work — use private links below instead.

Private links are single-use — each one can be used for a single response. This is ideal when you want to control exactly who responds.

  1. In the Share tab, choose to Create link.
  2. Add an optional Label to help you remember who a link is for.
  3. Send each private link to one recipient.

Embed on a website

Use Copy embed code to get a snippet you can paste into your own web page, so the form appears inline on your site.

QR code

Use Download QR to save a QR code image. It is handy for printed materials or on-screen displays — people scan it to open the form.

Rotating the public link is a quick way to invalidate an old link that has been shared too widely, while keeping the form and its responses intact.
