Who will sign?
Choose whether you sign alone, alongside others, or send the document out for others to sign.
When you start a new signature request, BunnyDoc first asks “Who will sign?”. This choice sets up the workflow — “Choose who participates in this signing workflow — you can adjust details on the next screen.” — and you can still fine-tune recipients afterwards.
The three options
Only me
You are the sole signer. No external recipients are required.
Me and others
You sign the document alongside one or more other recipients.
Only others
You send the document out for others to sign without signing it yourself.
- Only me — pick this when you just need to sign a document yourself, with no one else involved. This is also the starting point for signing a document yourself.
- Me and others — pick this when you are one of the signers and there are other recipients too. You are added as the Me recipient automatically.
- Only others — pick this when the document is for other people to sign and you are only the sender.
When others are involved, you need at least one external signer and can add up to 20 signers. Each recipient must have a unique email address.
Whatever you choose here is only a starting point. On the next screen you can add, remove, or change recipients and their roles before you send.
