EnvelopesSigning
What files can I upload, and how are they converted to PDF?
Supported file types, size and count limits, automatic PDF conversion, and per-file options.
In the Documents section of the setup wizard you add the files you want signed. BunnyDoc accepts common document and image formats and turns everything into PDF so fields sit in a consistent place for every signer.
Add your files
- In Step 1 of the wizard, find the Documents section.
- Drag files onto the drop zone (“Drag & drop … or choose file”) or click choose file to browse.
- Office and image files show “Converting to PDF…” while BunnyDoc prepares them.
Supported file types
You can upload the following:
- PDF — used as-is.
- Word —
.docand.docx(converted to PDF automatically on the server). - Images —
.jpg,.jpeg, and.png(also converted to PDF).
Limits
Each file can be up to 10 MB, and an envelope can hold up to 10 files.
Per-file options
Each uploaded file has a ⋮ menu with these actions:
- View document — open the file to check it.
- Replace with new — swap in a new file while keeping any fields you have already placed. BunnyDoc warns you if the replacement has fewer pages.
- Remove — take the file out of the envelope.
No file to upload?
Turn on Build from blank pages to author directly on a blank canvas — useful when you want to compose the document with fields and blocks instead of uploading an existing file.
