Moving from the legacy system
Connect your old account to the new BunnyDoc, bring your contacts across, and keep access to every envelope you signed before the move.
BunnyDoc has moved to a new system at esign.bunnydoc.com. If you used the legacy system at app.bunnydoc.com before, you don't lose anything you've already signed: once you connect your old account to your new one, you can open and download your old signed envelopes and import your old contacts — all from inside the new BunnyDoc.
What comes across, and what doesn't

The legacy system closes on 15 November 2026
app.bunnydoc.com stays available until 15 November 2026. Before then, note down or download anything you need to rebuild your templates.
Templates and public templates are not migrated
Your templates and public templates stay on the legacy system and do not move to the new one. Set them up again in the new system — see Set up your templates again.
The steps, in order
- Create an account on the new system at esign.bunnydoc.com — ideally with the same email address you used on the legacy system.
- Connect your legacy account from Settings → Legacy Account (under Workspace).
- Import your contacts from the box that appears once you're connected.
- Open your legacy envelopes from Legacy Envelopes whenever you need them.
- Set up your templates again, including any public templates.
