Document blocks
Build invoices, quotes, and payment requests right inside a signing document.
Document blocks are interactive elements you add to a signing document from the editor's Doc Blocks tab — pricing and invoice tables, an interactive quote builder, a Pay button, plus text, images, and layout blocks. Unlike signer fields, blocks are document-scoped — they are not assigned to a specific signer.
This is how you turn a plain document into one that prices work, builds a quote, and collects payment while it is being signed.
What are document blocks?
The Doc Blocks tab, the block types, and how to add them.
Add a pricing / invoice table
Itemize prices with taxes, discounts, and totals.
Build a quote
Let recipients pick packages and add-ons; totals update live.
Collect a payment
Add a Pay button and charge a fixed amount or a table total.
Collecting money? You'll also want Document payments — where every payment you collect on a document is tracked.
