How do I brand my account?

Add your logo, display name, email content, colours, and typography to the signing experience.

Branding lets you replace BunnyDoc's default look with your own logo, colours, and wording, so signers see your brand throughout. Open it from Settings → Branding. The page has a Basic and an Advanced tab, with a live preview beside your changes.

This is a paid feature

Branding is gated by your plan. Basic branding requires the branding entitlement, and the Advanced tab requires the advanced-branding entitlement. If you don't have access, you'll see an upgrade tag — visit Billing to upgrade or buy the add-on.

Basic

  • Identity & logo — Upload a Logo (PNG or JPG, max 5 MB) and remove it later if needed. Set a Display name (up to 150 characters) and a Tagline (up to 300).
  • Email content — Set a Default message body (up to 10,000 characters) and an Email signature (up to 10,000) used in signing emails.
  • After signing — Tick Enable redirect and enter a Redirect URL to send signers to your own page once they finish.

Advanced

The Advanced tab unlocks fine-grained control:

  • Footer — Turn the footer on, then choose whether to show the logo, social links, address, and legal links. Set an Organisation name (max 200), a Footer note (max 2,000), a Copyright line (max 300), and up to 6 footer links (each a label plus URL).
  • Contact — Add your Website, Support email, Phone, and Address.
  • Social — Add up to 10 social links, each with an icon, a label (max 100), and a URL (max 2,048).
  • Colors — Set brand, content, header, and footer colours by hex value or colour picker, with a Reset on each. This covers primary and hover colours, button text and border, text/background/border, and header and footer colours.
  • Typography — Set Base, Small, and Large font sizes (px), Line height, and Corner radius (default and large), each with a Reset.

Changes are saved with the sticky Save changes bar. Use Discard to drop unsaved edits.
