How do I manage my plan, add-ons, resources, and payment method?

Review your plan, track resource usage, buy add-ons, and manage your billing card and invoices.

Billing is where you manage everything about your subscription — your plan, what you're allowed to use, extra add-ons, your payment card, and past invoices. Open it from Settings → Billing.

Your plan

At the top of the page, a plan card appears for each active product line. A company can hold both an eSignature plan and an Invoicing plan, and each card shows its plan name, product badge, price, billing cadence, renewal date, and how long you've been a member.

  • Click Change plan or Manage to open the Plans view, where you can subscribe to, change, or cancel a plan for that product.
  • If a payment is overdue, a past-due banner appears at the top.

If you see a past-due banner, update your payment method under the Payment tab to avoid losing access to paid features.

The four tabs

Billing is organised into four tabs.

Resources

Shows your entitlements and quotas. Use the scope sub-tabs — All, eSignature, Invoicing, Shared — to filter. Each resource lists its Scope, Used, Limit, Remaining, and a Usage bar with a percentage. Unlimited resources show ∞, and on/off features show Enabled or Not available. Notes such as "Available as add-on" or "Buy more via add-on" tell you how to raise a limit.

Add-ons

Browse and purchase add-ons from the marketplace. Anything you already own is badged. After you buy, the page keeps polling until the purchase is confirmed and your new entitlement appears.

Payment

  1. Add a card using the secure Stripe Payment Element — your card details never touch the BunnyDoc backend.
  2. Set a card as default or remove one.
  3. Fill in your Billing contact (name, email) and Billing address (line 1/2, city, state, postal code, country), plus a Tax ID if you have one.

Invoices

Shows your billing invoice history — the charges BunnyDoc has made for your subscription and add-ons.

You can jump straight to a tab with a deep link — for example add ?view=plans or ?view=addons to the Billing URL.
