How do I share a folder with my team?
Give colleagues access to every envelope inside a folder.
Instead of sharing envelopes one by one, you can share an entire folder with people in your company — everything inside becomes available to them.
Share a folder
- Open the Folders panel in the Envelopes area.
- Find the folder you want to share and open its actions.
- Choose to share the folder. The Share Folder dialog opens.
- Pick the company users you want to share with.
- Confirm to grant them access.
Sharing a folder is done through the Share Folder dialog, separate from sharing a single envelope. Everyone you add gets access to the envelopes the folder contains.
Sharing one envelope instead
If you only need to share a single document, use Share with team on that envelope's ⋮ menu rather than sharing the whole folder. See managing envelopes for more on team sharing.
