How do I share a folder with my team?

Give colleagues access to every envelope inside a folder.

Instead of sharing envelopes one by one, you can share an entire folder with people in your company — everything inside becomes available to them.

Share a folder

  1. Open the Folders panel in the Envelopes area.
  2. Find the folder you want to share and open its actions.
  3. Choose to share the folder. The Share Folder dialog opens.
  4. Pick the company users you want to share with.
  5. Confirm to grant them access.

Sharing a folder is done through the Share Folder dialog, separate from sharing a single envelope. Everyone you add gets access to the envelopes the folder contains.

Sharing one envelope instead

If you only need to share a single document, use Share with team on that envelope's menu rather than sharing the whole folder. See managing envelopes for more on team sharing.
