How do I move envelopes into a folder?

Once you have a folder, you can move envelopes into it from the envelope list. Each envelope lives in at most one folder at a time.

Move an envelope into a folder

1. Go to Envelopes and find the envelope you want to file.
2. Click the ⋮ (more actions) menu on its row.
3. Choose Move to folder.
4. In the folder picker, choose the destination folder. Folders are shown as an indented tree with a count of the envelopes in each.
5. Click Move.

Remove an envelope from a folder

The Remove from folder action only appears while you're viewing that folder.

1. Open the folder from the Folders panel so its envelopes are listed.
2. Click the ⋮ menu on the envelope you want to remove.
3. Choose Remove from folder.

The envelope returns to your general envelope list without being deleted.
