How do I see email delivery activity?
Check whether the signing invitations and reminders for an envelope were delivered.
If a signer says they never received your request, the Email activity view tells you whether BunnyDoc actually sent and delivered the message. It's the outbound email log for a single envelope.
Open email activity
- Go to Envelopes and find the envelope in question.
- Click the ⋮ (more actions) menu on its row.
- Choose Email activity.
You'll see a table of every email BunnyDoc sent for that envelope, including:
- To — the recipient's email address.
- Type — what the email was (for example, a signing invitation or a reminder).
- Status — the delivery result.
- Sent — when it was sent.
Also in the audit trail
The same email delivery table appears inside the full audit trail, alongside the complete activity timeline — handy when you want the emails in context with every other event.
What a delivery status tells you
Per-recipient signer states such as Sent, Viewed, and Bounced help you diagnose problems. A Bounced status means the address rejected the message — usually a typo in the email or a full mailbox.
If an email bounced, double-check the recipient's address. You can fix it by correcting the envelope (for a sent envelope) or by editing the recipient before resending.
