How do I connect Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox, and Slack?

Link cloud storage to auto-upload signed PDFs, and connect Slack to get notifications about your envelopes.

Integrations connect BunnyDoc to tools you already use. Cloud storage providers automatically save your completed signed PDFs, and Slack posts notifications as envelopes move through signing. Open Settings → Integrations (in the Security & access group).

The page has two tabs: Browse (the catalog of available integrations) and Connections (everything you have already connected).

Connect an integration

  1. On the Browse tab, pick one of the four integrations — Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive, Dropbox, or Slack.
  2. Click Continue with … to start the OAuth flow.
  3. Sign in to that provider and approve access. You are returned to BunnyDoc and the connection appears under Connections.

The Connections table shows each integration's Provider, Account, Status (Active, Revoked, Error, Pending, Processing, Completed, Failed, or Cancelled), and when it was last Updated. You can filter by status and page through the list.

Configure cloud storage (Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox)

Cloud storage integrations automatically upload your completed signed PDFs. Click Edit on the connection to adjust:

  • Display name — a friendly name for the connection.
  • Auto-upload signed/completed — toggle whether finished PDFs are uploaded automatically.
  • File naming — choose to Include recipient name and/or Include envelope ID. A live filename preview shows the result.

Configure Slack notifications

Click Edit on the Slack connection to control what gets posted:

  • Display name and Channel ID — where notifications are sent.
  • Events — toggle notifications for Sent, Viewed, Signed, Partially signed, Completed, Declined, and Voided.
  • Content — choose to Include signer details and/or Include field data in the message.

Disconnect an integration

On the Connections tab, use Disconnect on any row to revoke access. You can reconnect later from the Browse tab.
