How do I manage users and seats?

See who's in your company, track invite status, watch your seat usage, and update or remove access as your team changes.

The Users page is where you keep your team up to date — checking who has accepted their invite, adjusting roles and product access, and keeping an eye on how many seats you're using.

Where to manage users

Open Organization → Users in the Invoicing sidebar. The page lists everyone in your company along with their status, and shows a seat usage strip so you can see how many seats you've used.

Member status

Each user carries a status that tells you where they are in the process:

  • Pending — invited, but hasn't accepted yet.
  • Accepted — active and using the workspace.
  • Declined — turned the invite down.
  • Archived — removed from active use.
  • Expired — the invite lapsed before it was accepted.

If someone's invite shows as expired or was declined, invite them again to send a fresh email.

Update a user

Open a user to change their details, organization role, or product access. You can turn a product on or off, switch their per-product role between Admin and Member, or apply a different permission template.

Turning a product off for someone frees the seat it was using, which you can then give to another person.

Keep an eye on seats

Because each product a user can access uses a seat, the seat usage strip is the quickest way to see whether you have room to add people. If you're out of seats, add more from Settings → Billing, or free some up by removing product access where it's no longer needed.
