Email notifications
Control which e-signing emails you receive, plus signing reminders, expiry, and delivery options.
The Notifications tab lets you decide which e-signing emails BunnyDoc sends, how often signers are reminded, and when unsigned envelopes expire. This tab is part of the e-signing product.
Open Settings, then the Notifications tab under the Personal group. Notifications is an e-signing feature, so it only appears when you are using the e-signing product.
Choose which emails you receive
Turn individual email events on or off:
- Envelope PDF attached — include the completed PDF as an attachment.
- Signed — when a signer completes their part.
- Opened / viewed — when a recipient opens the envelope.
- Declined — when a recipient declines to sign.
- Completed — when everyone has finished signing.
Set up reminders
- Turn on the Enable reminders master toggle.
- Set First reminder after (days) — any value from 1 to 365.
- Set the Interval (days) between reminders — from 1 to 365.
- Set Max reminders — from 1 to 100.
Set an expiry
Use Default unsigned expiry (days) to decide how long an envelope stays open before it expires. You can choose any value from 1 to 999 days.
Delivery options
- Show signing links to sender — display the direct signing links in the sender's view.
- Skip email notification — send envelopes without an email notification.
Turning Skip email notification on will automatically force Show signing links to sender on as well, so you still have a way to reach the signer.
