What reports are available?

A tour of the Email logs and Expense summary reports and which product each one belongs to.

BunnyDoc's Reports area is shared across both products, but what you see depends on which product you are working in. There are two reports.

Email logs

Email logs is available in both products and is where the Reports area opens by default. It shows the delivery logs for the emails BunnyDoc sends on your behalf — for example, the messages that go out with your documents and invoices.

If you open Reports and land somewhere unexpected, BunnyDoc redirects any unknown report section back to Email logs, so that is always your starting point.

Expense summary

Expense summary is available in the Invoicing product only. It gives you a grouped breakdown of your expenses that you can filter and export.

  • Group by — category, bank account, or month.
  • Filter — by date range and by status.
  • Review — the totals and the grouped breakdown on screen.
  • Export — download the summary as a PDF.

Group by month for a running view of spending over time, or by category to see where the money goes.
